Posters are really one of my favorite things to do, because you usually have a clear sense of what you’re supposed to convey. Plus, there is an inherent beauty to the form of letters. I was knocked out when I arrived in San Francisco in the 60′s and saw the great poster art that was coming out. That influence, and also that of the great artist Alphonso Mucha, have never left my aesthetic.
